Shanna has been a part of research focusing on Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and the Opioid Epidemic, which was featured in Public Safety, Psychology Today, and Corrections One. Shanna has experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient and inpatient settings providing individual and group therapy. Shanna obtained her a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling, concentrating on Substance Abuse Disorders and Dual Diagnosis from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017 and received her Bachelors of Science degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2015.
